Step 1: Add a User

  1. Navigate over to Organization tab > Users button
  2. Click on Add User and enter the following info:
    a. Name
    b. Email address

Step 2: User Permissions

Currently, Bitwave offers 4 account types for organizations: Super Admin, Normal User, Bookkeeper, and Audit:

  1. Super Admin
    a. Access to setup, settings, and able to do everything within an organization

  2. Normal User
    a. Able to run reports, make organization changes, and do transaction coding

  3. Bookkeeper
    a. Only able to code transactions, not able to see reports and tax information

  4. Audit
    a. Read-only access to everything

Step 3: Changing Permissions

  1. Navigate over to Organization tab > Users button
  2. Click on the Pencil button to change the user permission
