Step 1: Add a User
- Navigate over to Organization tab > Users button
- Click on Add User and enter the following info:
a. Name
b. Email address

Step 2: User Permissions
Currently, Bitwave offers 4 account types for organizations: Super Admin, Normal User, Bookkeeper, and Audit:

Super Admin
a. Access to setup, settings, and able to do everything within an organization -
Normal User
a. Able to run reports, make organization changes, and do transaction coding -
Bookkeeper
a. Only able to code transactions, not able to see reports and tax information -
Audit
a. Read-only access to everything
Step 3: Changing Permissions
- Navigate over to Organization tab > Users button
- Click on the Pencil button to change the user permission
